Ingredients
- 1/2 cup nondairy milk of choice
- 1/2 cup cashew butter
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2/3 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup cashew butter
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 2 tbsp nondairy milk of choice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Dash of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Combine the milk, cashew butter and maple syrup in a mixing bowl. Slowly mix in the cacao powder, almond flour and salt. The dough will be pretty thick. Use a spatula to press the dough into the loaf pan. Set aside.
- Combine all the ingredients for the topping and spread evenly over the fudge base. Transfer to the freezer to set for at least 2 hours. Cut into 8 squares and enjoy!
