– vegan – oil free – refined sugar free – nut free – soy free – grain free – gluten free – Low fat –
i may be biased, but this is the best vegan ranch i’ve ever had! I’ve hunted high and low for a store-bought ranch that I love since going vegan, and have yet to find one. This one is so easy to make and requires no fancy equipment, so I like to prepare a quick batch to use for the week. It’s nut free, soy free, and oil free yet sooo thick and creamy.
Some ways to use this vegan ranch:
  • Salads
  • Veggie dip
  • Buffalo cauliflower wings
  • Crispy potato latkes
  • Loaded tater tots
  • Veggie burgers/sandwiches
  • Vegan BLT sandwich

creamy vegan ranch

Cooking essentials:
  • A mixing bowl
  • A whisk
Substitutions:
  • Nondairy yogurt: you can use any nondairy yogurt that is plain and unsweetened. I used cashew-based yogurt, but you can also use coconut yogurt for a nut-free option.
  • Dried chives, dill and parsley: you can substitute with the same amount of fresh herbs.
  • White vinegar: you can substitute with the same amount of apple cider vinegar  or any other vinegar of your choosing.
  • Pure maple syrup: you can substitute with agave nectar, coconut sugar or table sugar.
